what is that photo on the cover?
“The myth by no means finds its adequate objectification in the spoken word. The structure of the scenes and the visible imagery reveal a deeper wisdom than the poet himself is able to put into words and concepts” – Friedrich Nietzsche

A B&W picture of a woman walking down some stairs with some books taken by a young Kubrick.

Anyway, i'm getting this bad boy tomorrow.

If that picture of Kubrick was taken today, he'd almost certainly be called a 'MySpace fag'.

Yes, this book is quite magnificent.   My favorite Christmas gift - had to pry my eyes away from it yesterday.  My favorite so far is the life on a subway stuff.  And I thought Kubrick couldn't possibly get anymore inspirational - how dare me.  Pubrick, I hope you got your paws on this gem.
