I saw someone (Vile5, actually) post that they got this guy's album, so I guess I'm finally not the only one who's heard of him.  I first heard him a few months ago on Conan.  He's from the UK, a real jazz/swing-sounding guy, if you had to put a label on him.    Twentysomething, the title track on his album, is especially great, and seeing it performed adds to it even more.

well i asked to Santa my "Twentysomething" this year, and he heard me!
i agree with you wanta, Twenty... is something special, his version of What a Diff'rence a Day Made is wonderful too but i looove his version of Singin' in the Rain, excellent! well in fact the whole album is very interesting, Santa was really good with me this year
