the other day in my audio techniques class we were discussing copyright laws and more specifically we were discussing how tight assed disney is with their rights. then the question came...how did stanley kubrick get permission to have the soldiers sing the mickey mouse club theme at the end of full metal jacket.  anyone got any ideas?
