i'm still not convinced. if that was the case, why was Anakin/Vadar old in the original release?  besides, he was still technically Anakin after he turned into Vadar......... i think it was some kind of ploy by Lucas to get teenyboppers to buy the old movies.

i can't believe i'm debating about Star Wars!  i fucking hate Star Wars!

There was no Episodes I, II, or III to reference. If it was a different younger actor, the audience would have questioned, "Who's that with Obi Wan and Yoda?" This was Lucas's intention all along.

alright, i get it now... i thought the Anakin ghost in the original movie was an old dude. i haven't seen ROTJ in sooooo long.

Lucas still sucks tho.

This little scene where he burns his father body, it wasn't originally in the script. But I decided it gave more closure in terms of Luke's relationship to his father and letting go of his father. Even though later on as we get to the end of the movie, as he joins the Force, he is able to retain his original identity. It's because of Obi-Wan and Yoda who learn how to do that, how to join the Force at will and then retain your identity. But it was his identity as he was when he died, as Anakin Skywalker.

i fixed them but you forgot to read the guidelines:
