the danish twin peaks. i fucking love this show and i've just chewed me through all 10 hours of the newly released reg2 dvd which is highly recommended. i've heard it was released as two five hour long theatrical movies in the u.s... that's really harsh.

has anyone seen it?

I watched the first half a few years back and enjoyed it, although I probably didn't give it the attention it deserved. The thing that sticks out in my mind the most is the practical joke where the med students put the severed head in a locker. I always thought that would be a good gag to pull.

oh, nevermind... also known as "riget" in denmark, "riket" in sweden and "cricket" in norway.

i never cared for it, maybe i should give it a shot.

they did have a problem in germany translating the title without making it sound like a nazi germany referance, it ended with 'geister' or some shit.

mog and GB you should definatly give it another go, it's so great, one of my favorite trier things ever. god, this man can make me laugh like no other.

I love the scene where Hugo looks at Barsebäck, and gets homesick....
