Ennio Morricone scoring Kill Bill?
(1/1)
MrBurgerKing:
I noticed that IMDB lists the composers of Kill Bill as RZA (who did a great job on Ghost Dog), and Ennio Morricone (the best composer in cinema's history). Anyone know how involved Morricone is with Kill Bill?
I can't think of an analogy, so let me end this post with a roll-eyes
On a side-note, is anyone expecting Kill Bill to be more than an entertaining samurai / action film? I don't think it will be another masterpiece.
thedog:
well it says "Ennio Morricone (additional music)", usually when they say that it means a few pre-existing pieces. either that or it means he's going to be adding new music but it doesn't include a collaberation with the RZA and Lars Ulrich.
Either way I'm glad to hear he's on board. If only Morricone replaced Lars Ulrich.
Keener:
Tarantino claims this will be his best movie yet. I totally doubt that. But I'm being partial here because I don't like kung fu movies to begin with.
dianevdj:
Me either, but I loved the Kung Fu LEVIS commercial!... Hope it'll be something like that.
