So dope!

Burning was close to winning 2018 twice in a row. Both First Reformed and Burning will be forever-in-rotation for me. And Rise of Skywalker was really a mess and missed opportunity. Miss Park!! <3

My favorite result is Lupita Nyong’o winning for Us. So glad that people appreciated that performance.

^ This is really great.

Last year was a great year for film, and even if not all of the major categories matched my votes, it's impossible to be upset by any of these winners. Here's hoping 2020 will be equally great.
He held on. The dolphin and all the rest of its pod turned and swam out to sea, and still he held on. This is it, he thought. Then he remembered that they were air-breathers too. It was going to be all right.

Apart from the blandest and least creative poster winning, there's nothing in these results I can complain about. Self-congratulations all around.
