Film of the year for me so far. How this became so fleshed out from the scarce details of the real life story without feeling like fiction is a marvel. Everything about it is a light years jump ahead from Campos' previous movies. My fear that the ending couldn't possibly be earned was put to rest early on, this is truly about the relationships building and seeing inside of Chubbuck's head, and when it finally came I was disturbed in a way I haven't been watching a film in forever. It's not shocking that it happens, but makes an impression because you can see exactly why. Fucking hats off.
