Good call.
I didn't like The Descendants that much as a whole, but all the performances were excellent, and she was the standout for me. She managed to make what initially seemed like a typical spoiled brat a sympathetic character, mature and layered.

of the four supporting females, majority managed to not only nominate but award the least inspiring performance of The Descendants...

I think what won me over about her was that she looks like a young version of my friends sister I wanna bang. I couldn't stop thinking about it the whole time I was watching.  You guys don't know my friends sister though, so there obviously must've been something else going on there..
