History of the Eagles (Documentary, 2013)
« on: January 13, 2018, 10:59:59 PM »

God help me, I love this documentary.   I've watched it probably approaching 10 times now, and it continues to fascinate me.  It's the classic rise-fall-rise story arc, all of the drama and excitement of being a big-shot rock-n-roll band in the fucking SEVENTIES, it's got conflict, redemption, groupies, bullshit, business fuckery and egos on fire.  Drugs, hotel rooms, and harmonies.  It's got artists talking about their art, and every band member (present or past) gets a chance to tell their side of the story.

And it's three glorious hours long.
"There's shadows in life, baby."
