I finally managed to see this last night and I was really impressed. I'd heard it lacked the spark of the original stage version but as I was seeing it for the first time in any format, it was still an exceptional film to me. It was refreshing to see a depiction of school life that was often close to my own sixth form experience - particularly the commoraderie between students and teachers.

It's out on DVD in the US mid April and I highly recommend a rental.

Anyone else see this?
