That's a great find indeed ! Brazil Criterion at 35$ is the best deal I've ever seen but I passed on it since I still didn't have the money

I saw a used Criterion "Hard Boiled" for $50, but passed it up since I already had it. Should've snatched it up and sold it for $200 on ebay.

The Big Lebowski.  $9.99.  One of the funniest movies ever made (and one of the best in my opinion), and it's almost at bargain bin status.  Of course, I saw Waking Life for a similar price tag.  And Donnie Darko.  And The Ice Storm.  Obviously, quality in DVDs is not measured by how much they cost.  I have all of these, at least.  And, well, you know all the shit that gets sold, and sold, and sold for $20+.  Gary Jules was right.  It's a mad world.

EDIT: I use way too many fucking commas sometimes.

Yep, that's another one that I bought recently.  Was a bit disappointed in it, but still a decent film.  Also, Blood Simple.  Excellent film.  Coen Brothers' first (for those who don't know, which I think should be pretty much no one here so forget I said anything :-D).

this is getting of topic but I recently saw Blood Simple...the ending is excellent and so is the beginning but I was a little disappointed with the middle.

Still a very good debut.

Not much of a deal, you could have bought that new for less when it first came out.
