Moon should've won. Although, I do admit, I never really looked at this poster and it would look really amazing on someone's wall in the guest bedroom or walk-in closet.

I was wondering because I feel that, if there is a pop art influence, then it's Lichtenstein.

No offense, just my opinion, even the posters of the Soviet cinema are more "avant garde."

I don't think it's supposed to avant garde. It's just a bold, gorgeous, well-designed poster.
