Without a doubt, Beat It and Billie Jean by Michael Jackson ushered in the MTV age.  The art form of music videos has progressed and morphed since then, but the world was a different place after those two videos came out in early 1983.

the 3 Radiohead videos confuse me...I'd have Street Spirit of theirs ahead of any of the other ones.  I understand Karma Police, Just is good but not top 10 and I do not understand Fake Plastic Trees on the list at all.

Rabbit in Your Headlights is a Thom Yorke collaberation with DJ Shadow by the way. Most people probably knew that. It's a great video.

this list is tainted, as JB pointed out, by the recent label releases. and a lot of these videos haven't been influential at all. they must've misspelt best. how can Windowlicker be the third most influential video of all time when it's an obvious parody of average rap videos??
