Well, any cut that wasn't rated by the MPAA is unrated.  It doesn't really mean that it would be rated NC-17 or even R if it were rated.  It's a marketing gimmick.

HOWEVER, I'm quite pleased that they're finally coming out with a DVD of it that I can buy!  Buying the previously released version was... not an option, with it's total lack of special features... it was obvious that they would eventually re-release it.  I've just been waiting for this edition.
