Wow. No awards for the Coen Brothers. I wonder if this suggests an over eager press wanting any shred of decency from them to announce their comeback...

no i dont think it means anything.  i think festival buzz is way more valuable than festival awards. 
Christopher Nolan's directive was clear to everyone in the cast and crew: Use CGI only as a last resort.
