ummmm oscar nominated people. wondering if this isn't very funny or if it's the most funny thing they've made and i'm growing older. he makes a lot of lame man jokes bc he's grandpa (so they're autofunny???). knoxville obvs. i liked the kid. a series of gags interlaced through a road trip, people in the south are quite mellow, hit or miss gags, and it seems like objectively true that the final bar thing with the dad (story element) is medium cool at best. appreciate and enjoyed the added children's beauty pageant. spike jonze turned into a grandma but doesn't appear in the movie except during the end credits
