i would hate this band if it weren't for the penguins on the cover (i've never heard their music)

Such a simple cover but amazing nonetheless. Every time I see a prism, I think this album. It educate's the people too.

Oh, did anybody know that CDnow got bought out by amazon? I used to go there to listen to audio clips from cd's because amazon only lets you hear samples from the first 5 tracks, so that sucks.

I refused to buy Is This It in the American version; that cover was so lame. Luckily, Best Buy is pretty good about carrying imports these days, so I just picked it up there for a few dollars more.

The only one I see that I really like is the first Velvet Underground... the rest seems like a lot of prog-rock hooey...

I like the Depeche Mode covers... the albums are of varying quality, though (esp. Ultra and ESPECIALLY Exciter, which was a major disappointment to me). I probably like the Violator sleeve the best, and it's probably my favorite album... though Music for the Masses has probably my favorite Depeche song ever, "Never Let Me Down Again."

Jucifer, Calling All Cars On The Vegas Strip
A decent album by a (semi-)local band, but really, it doesn't do justice to that wonderful cover image.

I've grown quite attached to the cover to Exit Planet Dust by The Chemical Brothers. It's just a really nice image.

I also really like this Starflyer 59 cover (Leave Here a Stranger). Beatuiful photograph that really encapsulates a lot of the emotions on the album.
