MM lens?

So the lower you go the wider the angle? but if you go too low the image becomes fisheye right? any lens experts?

Basically. There are "fisheye" lenses thare are specially designed though. If you want to see real wide-angle stuff check out Welles' The Trial.

Well hi,
In wide angle lenses the depth is either exaggerated or magnified. I have used normal fisheyes they are very distorted. Barrel distortion causes everything out of the true center to swirl. Now in films they might use wide angle lenses but additional optics take away severe distortion. In my newbie opinion i think the wider "lower" you get the more video-like it becomes, very unnatural pov of a cam.
