URGENT: Color effects!!! PLZ :(

Hi there,
  I am posting in this forum for the first time and really with very high hopes! I am actually being asked by a friend to make a video for his song and now I have to [errr...] Now what i have is a little home video making experience and a little understanding of how to use to Adobe Premiere 6. can anyone tell me how can I put those cool color effect in the movie (those whole blue or filmi yellowish)!? I came to know about one idea and that was using ND filters but I dont want to buy anything! I currently have these softwares:
)Combustion
)Premiere 6
)AfterEffects

Please some one help me urgently before I feel humiliated in front of my friend that i cant help him

Can't help you with those software packages. Perhaps one of the other folks here can tell you a bit more about it, though.
