Question Regarding Ethics.

So, to make a long story short, I have this friend and he emptied out a fentanyl patch onto some foil and smoked it through a ink pen chamber.  The guy has a legitimate abuse problem and when he was over talking all kinds of shit and passing out in mid sentence my roommate and I decided to record it.  he has no idea that he was recorded, so i'm wondering if it's the bad thing to do to put it up. I'm truly on the fence about it

Obviously it wouldn't do much good to just say this without showing, I just wanted to know your thoughts.

Uh, I wouldn't show that to anyone but your friend when he sobers up.
