Finally, after years of looking for it, I found the John Sturges "Bad day at black rock" laserdisc commentary that PTA always talked about... It's not the full thing. Someone ripped it and took the "most important parts" of it and uploaded it. So there's a good 30 minutes of it, broken into 2 parts:

Does it live up to the hype? Oh, fuck yes it does. Some really good tips in there.
