Why did he chage editors in PDL did he get pissed with Dylan Tichenor?Leslie Jones is cool though.

Do you think he'll work with a new D.P. ?

I think him and Eslwit work great together. Every PTA picture has a very distinctive feel to it's look. Love the texture.

Even though Elswit shot Gigli.
Even though the screwups there where Benifuckingferasshole and Mr. Brest.

Any ideas for a D.P. and PTA?
Or stay with Elswit?

Dylan Techenor was probably working elsewhere (possibly on the Royal Tenenbaums) while PTA was editing PDL, so he had somebody else do it.

I love Anderson and Elswit as a team and they stick together for years to come.

I just put Magnolia in ye olde DVD player as a result of this forum.

Yeah, if PTA made a movie without Elswit, it wouldn't feel right, like seeing your dad with his new girlfriend for the first time.  Sure, he's happy but where's Mom?
