Um..Yes i'm serious..At this moment in my life the killers album is the best out there in my opinion...i looked at your list..anyone who would pick radiohead's hail to the theif over Kid A or OK Computer is also obviously picking a current favorite rather than something more meaningful.

I do respect your comment though...and to answer Pubrick..picking the new Sigur Ros album is not invalidated, at least in my mind because based on that single song i've heard i can judge and include the new album anytime i feel like it.

I know my picks were not as obscure as everyone elses, but at least i'm being honest.  With all the random assorted picks among the group it is clear that people are picking album covers and originality over the music.
I'm going to lay down a monster hand here.

It was hard to narrow it down to only ten...but that's the best I can do.

I couldn't narrow it down to 10 at this moment in time.  I'll get there at one point, but not now.

Weird. Oh

The only way I can possibly narrow it down to ten would be to look at it from the viewpoint, what 10 albums would I want if I were to be stranded on a tropical island?

I'd have to say in no particular order,

The Beatles-White Album
The Beach Boys-Smiley Smile
Cherry Twister- At home with Cherry Twister
Bleu-Redhead
Pearl Jam-Ten
Superdrag-Last Call For Vitriol
Nirvana-Unplugged In New York
Led Zeppelin-Led Zeppelin IV
Fruit Bats-Mouthfuls
White Stripes-Elephant
