Final arrangements are now finished up.
There are just a few coding things to work on.
Rumor has it that ptanderson.com was purchased and is out of my/our hands, so we will be using the following web address:
http://www.paulthomasanderson.com
Forgive the long title, but it's the one that will have the content, info, updates etc that you have all grown accustomed to...I will maintain contact with Paul, as Greg did in the past and be everything the site used to be and hopefully more.
The site will be run by me, as well as my very good friend sickfins.
We will, and are, the only admin contacts for the site, so any questions or comments ec will be heading our way/s...

I told you he was going to sell it... I expressed serious interest to take it over and run it... but he wanted to sell the domain name
i'm happy with how it turned out. greg got his $ for the name and we got ppl we can trust to run the new and improved site. the domain name is meaningless. like, it wasn't even a good name anyway.

I discover Greg's site many years ago, IIRC when I found it the hit counter hadn't even reach a hundred, I became an instant fan of the site, not much because of PTA but the site (I did like him of course) its content and how it was designed, I used to think that as a resource for information of a director was the best site all around (actually I still do), yes there is the Kubrick site with many great articles but here we had every single thing that was PTA related, not only articles but mentions, references, everything was there.

I have discovered there will not be two sites. The other domain name was sold to a company uninterested in having anything to do with PTA...
http://www.paulthomasanderson.com will run unopposed
We are working quickly, hopefully by mid-next week it will be launched...

The finz and myself have been waiting for a DNS changeover to occur for the last two days. Once this occurs, then the things we have uploaded will be visible to y'all.
We will have a main page with updated news items up right away, as all other content is furiously reformatted/cleaned up. (171 articles to reformat can be time consuming, as we have come to find out)
We will be re-capturing the music videos, for cleaner/better picture quality then what was present before. Those will be up soon.
There is more to say, but it will all naturally reveal itself soon.

get more words from paul. i didnt know he had any opinion on gregs closing or much at all when greg had it running. those dvd pics didnt come very often. you should coax him into doing some neat stuff for the new site!
it is all in the works. old things will hopefully return, new things will surface.
it was a very lengthy email i received from them...
things are healthy, and we are just waiting for the internet (dns change) to catch up with our progress....
