imo he was good in sixth sense, OK in A.I , but he is vastly overrated, although you have to give him credit, since he was so young (in sixth sense anyway)
He did a voice on The Country Bears and I saw him on Letterman whoring for it. Also, he plays golf with Alice Cooper

I saw this kid in Long Beach when he was filming AI. He was playing football with some guys in a park and I was walking by and he ran over by me and I yelled to him "I see dead people" and he stared back at me for a second and said "real fucking funny asshole!"
I was so mad, i almost abducted him.

Why would you say that though? I heard a story from some girl once who was a tour guide at Disneyland, and her job was to escort HJO around the park (right after AI came out) and she said he called it "A1" and that he kept trying to get her to come back to a hotel with him and his friends. He looks like a prick though.

Someone I know's brother was friends with the kid before The Sixth Sense and she told me that even back then he was a spoiled brat.

Haley Joel Osment is making a return to movies, taking a starring role in the indie coming-of-age feature "Home of the Giants."
Rusty Gorman is writing and directing, while William R. Greenblatt and Dan Schalk are producing.
Set in an Indiana town that lives for basketball, the story follows a teenager (Osment) who idolizes one of the town's basketball stars. The teen and his best pal are befriended by the player, who ends up being anything but the hero they thought he was.
Charles Grinds is executive producing the movie, which goes into production early next month in North Carolina. Sympics International, whose partners include Greenblatt, Grinds and Greg Harrison, is partly financing the picture.
Sympics' credits include the upcoming National Lampoon film "The Trouble With Frank," with Jon Bon Jovi, Estella Warren and Cary Elwes.
'Sixth Sense' star in hospital after crash
Actor Haley Joel Osment was hospitalized early Thursday after he apparently lost control of his car while heading to his Los Angeles area home, authorities said.
Osment, who was nominated for an Academy Award for his role as a boy who could see dead people in "The Sixth Sense," was driving a 1995 Saturn about 1 a.m. when the car collided with a brick pillar and flipped, said Los Angeles County sheriff's Lt. Greg Sisneros.
The 18-year-old actor was awake and talking following the crash, Sisneros said. He had been alone in the car and was taken to Huntington Hospital in nearby Pasadena.
Sisneros had no information on his condition, and an emergency-room receptionist said no one under that name was at the hospital.
Osment is set to appear in the upcoming "Home of the Giants." In the film, he plays a high school journalist covering a basketball team as it heads toward the state championship.
La Canada Flintridge, a suburb of Los Angeles, is about 14 miles northeast of downtown.

Osment charged with DUI, pot possession
GLENDALE, Calif. - Teen actor Haley Joel Osment, who suffered a broken rib last month when his car struck a mailbox, faces up to six months in jail on charges that he was driving drunk and possessing marijuana, authorities said.
Osment's blood-alcohol level after the July 20 crash was measured at .16 percent, twice the legal limit, said Jane Robison, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County district attorney's office.
The 18-year-old actor was charged Thursday with misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence, marijuana possession and driving under the influence with the special allegation of having a blood-alcohol content of .15 percent or higher. He also faces a vehicle code infraction of being under the age of 21 and driving with a blood-alcohol level of .05 percent or greater.
Osment was scheduled to be arraigned Sept. 19 in Glendale Superior Court.
His attorney will work with authorities to arrange a time for the star of such films as "The Sixth Sense" and "Pay it Forward" to surrender, Robison said. The district attorney plans to request that bail be set at $15,000.
DreamWorks spokesman and family friend Marvin Levy said Thursday the family would have "no comment at this time" on the charges. Levy said Wednesday that Osment has recovered from injuries that landed him in the hospital and is preparing to attend college in the fall.
The actor recently finished work on the film "Home of the Giants."
"He's fine. The injuries were slight, not serious," Levy said.
Authorities said Osment was driving home alone about 1 a.m. when his 1995 Saturn hit a mailbox and flipped over.
