I'm having the hardest time finding this cartoon I used to watch when I was a kid. From best of my memory, it was about this town of bears being over-ran with monsters on Halloween. One of the female bears was a news reporter.
It was on Suicide Kings. Anyone have a clue what I'm talking about ?
