So you wanna know the details about the documentaries on the Indiana Jones bonus disc? The British Board of Film Classification's revealed them. All such materials have to be submitted to the BBFC in order for them to be released in the U.K., and the BBFC makes the details public. So here's what to look for on Indy according to them.

The Making of the Indiana Jones Trilogy - Part 1: Raiders of the Lost Ark (51 mins)
The Making of the Indiana Jones Trilogy - Part 2: The Temple of Doom (41 mins)
The Making of the Indiana Jones Trilogy - Part 3: The Last Crusade (35 mins)
The Stunts of Indiana Jones (11 mins)
The Light and Magic of Indiana Jones (12 mins)
The Music of Indiana Jones (12 mins)

Keep in mind that none of these details have been confirmed by Paramount and Lucasfilm, but we suspect they're accurate nonetheless.

Also confirmed is the upcoming Indiana Jones Trilogy DVD set will include "Raiders of the Lost Ark" with one minor digital change to it - "Remember that shot where Indy falls into the snake pit, and you briefly see reflections on the glass that's protecting Harrison Ford's face from the snakes? Well... our sources are telling us those reflections are being digitally removed from the shot so you can't see the glass".
"Don't think about making art, just get it done. Let everyone else decide if it's good or bad, whether they love it or hate it. While they are deciding, make even more art." - Andy Warhol

THOSE SONS OF WHORES!  HOW COULD THEY????

But besides that, I'm looking forward to this trilogy's release.

I'm more offended by the change of the title to "Indiana Jones and The Raiders Of The Lost Ark" than by fixing one shot.

Source: The Digital Bits

Also today, we're getting a lot of reports from retail sources that Paramount has moved the street date for its The Adventures of Indiana Jones: The Complete DVD Movie Collection up to 10/21 (from 11/4) to avoid competition with Disney's Finding Nemo. We've got a call into the studio and we'll let you know when we have final confirmation either way.

Maybe Paramount wants the Indy box to be the big release on its release date.  Finding Nemo will inarguably garner the most attention on its release.

well thats an idea.  but personally i believe its so they can buy more time to throw together their "Def Jam Presents: Origins of a Hip-Hop Classic" special feature for the Jonez disc, and have time to record the laugh track.

They would have less time, considering that they are now releasing the box two weeks earlier.
