Stupid PDL question

Just had a question about some dialogue...at one point when Barry is talking to his sister about Lena, he says something like "Your gonna rag me if I do this" and she says "I'm not gonna rag you, why would I rag you?".

I guess I don't really get what "rag" means. What is Barry afraid she's going to do? Make fun of him or something? I know this is a stupid question but it's kinda been bothering me since I saw it.
