Title: Grrrr...
Post by: matt35mm on March 27, 2004, 01:30:30 PM
What in the hell make programs crash?

Adobe After Effects is crashing on me every time I set it to render with Magic Bullet.  I'm generally knowledgeable about computers, but I dunno what I can do to make this better.

I have a G4 700 and 768 (or so) MB RAM.

The only thing I can think of is that I have too slow of a processor... but still, is there anything I can do to help make this work better?

Thanks.

Reinstall AfterEffects or Magic Bullet, then, because it's not your OS, RAM, or processor.

Or, there could be some kind of conflict with your render folder or capture scratch or whatever (I'm not familiar with AfterEffects).

Whoa.  I reinstalled it to my other hard drive and it seems to be working brilliantly now.  (HIGH FIVE!)

Hey Man,
How on earth did you get ahold of magic bullet?! Thatshit's expensive....I'm really envious

How does it work out in the end, is it really all that it's said to be?
I use after effects extensively and am thinking of seeling my kidney to buy magic bullet.

It's half priced if you're a student.  Otherwise... uhhh I dunno if I would spend $1,000 on it.  It works pretty great, but that's a lot of money.  Up to you.

If you can't get a burned copy, buy all software on eBay. They sell student versions of software.
