Free software that can capture DVD stills?

If you're on a MAC, go to macupdate.com or versiontracker.com.  I think versiontracker also has PC stuff.  I myself have a program like that.  Something obvious like DVDCapture.  I like it.  I capture frames from my favorite movies, and have my desktop randomly change the background every once in a while.
