Title: 35mm - DigiBeta - Flash
Post by: kotte on March 20, 2006, 03:50:25 PM
Shooting a film on 35mm.
Transfering it to DigiBeta for post.
Making Credits and Titles in Flash.

What resolution should I export the Titles in?
DigiBeta = 720x576 PAL pixels = 768x576 screen (computer) pixels, 72 dpi

Does this mean I should export the files in 768x576?

Yes, you've got it right. Export from your title designer as 768 because that uses square pixels. Then when you add them to your film export it all together at 720 with the 4:3 pixel aspect ratio of 1.067 as it is always.
