well it does sound a BIT like death, because of the polyrythims and whatnot, but its quite heavier with the 8 string guitars and whatnot :D

I don't care for Black Flag, Dillenger is pretty good (I hear the singer waves a torch around on live shows and uses it to breathe fire), I used to like Slipknot (I still like SOME songs, but now that I've expanded my musicmachine so much, they are pretty much obsolete in every way), and Meshuggah is damn cool.  They opened for Opeth a few days after I saw them too

dillinger is properbly the most brilliant thing on the hardcore scene imo. you should see some of there live videos, theyre crazy like hell. i still dont know how they do it, its inseane. they play the most technical hardcore i have evr heard and they throw around their axes like they had 250 volt going through their bodies. i love them more every day.
