I Don't Believe in Beatles

PTA was attached to the script to this a while back, as you guys all know.  I just finished reading it (the book, not his script) and it's funny how it also, just like the SNL skit, somehow ties into some of PTA's themes.  The one here is the family, with Bone trying to find a surrogate father.

"A film is - or should be - more like music than like fiction. It should be a progression of moods and feelings. The theme, what's behind the emotion, the meaning, all that comes later." --Stanley Kubrick

"Don't think about making art, just get it done. Let everyone else decide if it's good or bad, whether they love it or hate it. While they are deciding, make even more art." - Andy Warhol
