I saw this today on David Poland's site, The Hot Button.

Of course, Poland couches the rumor in his typical holier-than-thou 'insidery' POV.  I don't wish PTA had made the movie, but it's good to know, during this PTA drought, that he once had another 'upcoming project'.
Did you tell your friend Bernice I'm some kind of jet pilot?

that's cool, but there has been some very vague news about his upcoming project in this "drought"...i have a feeling we'll be hearing something solid very soon

All the better if this is true.  This sounds hot.

the article is from 1998.  post-boogie, pre-magnolia.
Christopher Nolan's directive was clear to everyone in the cast and crew: Use CGI only as a last resort.

Who cares, there is a new PTA and his name is Zraff.
Falling in love is the greatest joy in life. Followed closely by sneaking into a gated community late at night and firing a gun into the air.
