Title: Buying DVDs from the USA
Post by: aurora on March 08, 2003, 07:25:54 PM
Hey all

I'm in Australia

I buy alot of Region 1 DVDs from the USA/Canada

I want to know whats cheaper... online stores or physical stores like 'Kmart' (If you have them over there)

I mostly use www.dvdpacific.com and www.totalactionuniverse.com to buy my DVDs so you can get an idea of what I pay

Here in Australia online stores are cheaper on about 80% of movies. Some stores sell shit a little cheaper than online stores sometimes.

Around here (Kansas), retail outlets and online vendors sell for about the same.  If you're looking for rare items, you'd probably have better luck online.

K-Mart, going bankrupt, yet still managing to attract society's finest!  Don't know if it has the same connotation outside the U.S.
