Shameless self promotion i know, but...

A short film (24 mins) called "Josh" i've made over my last year at Ryerson University is showcasing at the School's Film Festival (R.U.F.F.) on the 12th of May.  The film is a segment of a feature to be completed in the fall.

If you live in or near Toronto Ontario and want to see a bunch of student films, one of which being "Josh", you should come to the Royal Cinema (608 College street) and check it out.  I'd love to hear your feedback!

The tickets are available online through ticket master or you can get them at the door.

this is the festival's site,

thanks for the time, i hope to see you there.

i don't know if anyone came or not.  i know there are a couple other canadians on this site, don't know if you're from Toronto but...

i thought i'd give an update.  The festival went well and I got a good response to my film.  it was 3 nights of screenings with varied genres showcasing.  some great documentaries, experimental and narrative films alike.

here is a link to an article in which my film was mentioned in a city wide newspaper:

I don't know how to properly set up a link so copy and paste to your browser should work.

being the first write up i've ever received, i was giddy with rookie-green excitement!  I hope this can aid on the investment front for the feature.

yeah it worked now, weird.  thanks man.  I've edited the original message now and the link works.

can i put what up online?  if you mean the film i don't know how to do that, not that savy with comps and don't have a server or whatever i need to do that.  i'm only burning dvds to pimp out as it stands.  is there anyway to put up the script on this site?  that is, if anyone's interested.  i don't know if people normally do that or not on here or send links from somewhere else.
