So, my current dvd player is my PS2, seeing that the piece of shit I currently own never works.  I was browsing in Best Buy the other day and stumbled upon this code-thingamajiggy for the Playstation called 'Action Replay.'  It does the usual cheat-level-select crap, but what really interested me was that it said it could convert your system so it can play dvds from any region.  Anyone ever try this, or know anyone who has?  Does it actually work?
