My taste in painting is pretty mainstream. I like Van Gogh a lot and Renoir too. I like Impressionism and Pointilism. (Ferris Bueller's Day Off anyone?) My favorite painting is the Van Gogh one that depicts an outdoor cafe in Paris. I had the opportunity to visit the Van Gogh museum in Amsterdam when I was there. He sure puts a lot of friggin paint on his canvas!

Reminds me of Rushmore. I'm a fan of any Escher, there were some paintings I saw at the High Museum during a Victorian era ( I think) exhibit, some of that stuff was so amazing, I wish I could remember any of the artists' names.

i've got a 5x3 poster of this in my room... even though it's a logo, it's one of my all-time favorite paintings:

i don't have pictures of my grandfather's paintings online... but he's one of my favorite artists as well. oil paintings of animals and the woods and stuff.
