Do you test drive before you buy?

I have one golden rule when buying DVDs since I am not rich enough to build a library of 500. I refuse to buy a movie w/o seeing it first. I am a big DVD renter as opposed to the movie theater going kind of guy.

What about other folks? Unless you specifically know about the movie, do you buy movies that you haven't ever seen? Several of my friends do but I wouldn't consider them to be movie fanatics.

shit.....I scanned the whole DVD forum topics (obviously not that well) and couldn't think of a proper DVD term string search.

This is the second to happen to me.....time for another lock down!
