Something Spanish

that is the exact scene that crushed me.

It's also the end of "The 25th Hour" among other things.
Christopher Nolan's directive was clear to everyone in the cast and crew: Use CGI only as a last resort.

I don't like the movie but there is a scene that I love. It's when they're all dancing and singing to CĂ©line Dion's "On ne change pas". It is a sweet moment and, during that moment, they seem free. It is better than 16:9. They're all trapped in 1:1 but the camera pushes away. They're in the same shot. It is lovely.
Ascension.

Something Spanish

true, it went all "Last Temptation if Christ" with that scene.
