I just saw these guys last night, opening for m. ward.  everyone should totally check them out.  they like do these dark and romantic russian (and sometimes mexican?) ballads but they rock it up and make it very fun at the same time.  everyone in the band plays at least like three instruments, WELL.  the melodies are catchy and the arrangements are always quite intelligent.  all of their songs end quite abruptly though.
